研究团队:半导体量子计算



王积银,现任职北京量子信息科学研究院—半导体(自旋与拓扑)量子计算团队副研究员。2013年于吉林大学获得学士学位,2018年于北京大学获得博士学位(导师徐洪起教授)。2018年,加入代尔夫特理工大学Leo Kouwenhoven教授组在QuTech-Microsoft联合实验室从事博士后研究,并于2022年7月入职北京量子信息科学研究院。目前已经在Nature, Nature Communications, Science Advances, Nano Letters, Physical Review B等期刊发表论文20余篇。目前主持国家自然基金委面上项目,并荣获海外高层次人才计划,研究方向包括1.基于半导体量子点的自旋量子比特以及量子芯片研究; 2. 基于半导体-超导体复合体系的拓扑超导体研究。更多信息见团队网站。
